The interview is very easy so there is no need to prepare. But the interview is also vague as they did not reveal any useful information until the next round when they ask you to do the door to door sales. The job advertisement is too fancy. Why you don't just directly to tell applicants in your advertisement your daily duty is door to door selling? I am not saying you are dishonest or wrong but it really wastes many people's time who are not interested in door to door selling at all. And it wastes your time to interview so many applicants. I also found there are a few similar companies in the same unit. I guess they are doing the same things. For applicants who are not interested in door to door selling, be aware of such advertisements.
