The staff is very nice and friendly, but the waiting time is too long. 1st time tell me the result will come out at most 48 hours; 2nd time tell me next Thursday, but I wait until another 14 days to get the reject. The whole process makes people feel exhausted and not happy.

You will have 5 interviews total. 1st interview with recruiter 2nd interview with team manager 3rd interview with the team 4th and 5th interview with senior management. The recruiter was very nice, but the interview process was a bit longer than others and salary offered was lower than average. Although they required an overtime on the position, they wouldn't pay overtime because it is the salary based, but they offer the lower salary.

Phone interview with the Hiring Manager. This is just to see if what you have on your resume matches the job requirements. They will also try to determine if you would be a good "cultural fit"
Following this, your resume will be forwarded to the appropriate manager or team lead. You will have a phone conversation going more in depth with your duties and reviewing your resume. If the manager likes you, you proceed to the onsite interview. The onsite interview is more technical and has more what would you do scenarios. Review knowledge of hardware, peripherals, basic troubleshooting, imaging software, office, AD, and ticket reporting software.
