My experience with recruiting team was not so well. After applying for opening HR contacted immediately however the screening call got rescheduled multiple times. After screening call, online test was sent to me which i completed within 2 days. I have been following up since 3 weeks and no response from HR.

I had applied on their site and a month later I saw different position and applied for that one and applied for that one as well. I updated my resume and used their really cool online reference and recommendation application. A day later I got an email from a talent acquisition person from the company. We spoke the next day for about 30-40 minutes where he asked questions about me and he told me about the company. He also mentioned how the interview and hiring process would go. He told me I would take an online test/assessment, if that went well, an over the phone technical interview, and if that went well, I would be brought in for an on-site interview with a couple of different teams. I received the test the same day. So a day later (a Wednesday) I did the online assessment. I wasn't too confident in my results because some of the questions were a bit foreign to me. However almost a week later, I heard from the person I had been speaking to and he notified me I did well on the assessment and would like to move forward. He scheduled the phone technical interview for the next day. I spoke with a test lead from the company for about 40 minutes and I answered all his questions. He even told me many of my answers were great. I felt more confident about this interview than the assessment. He said he would let my contact know how it went to see if we would be able to proceed with the next steps of the interview process. On the following Monday, I still hadn't heard back from my contact who advised that the process should be fairly quick. I sent him and email to see how things were going. I never heard back from him. It's been like a month now. I thought I could at least get notified that I didn't make it to the next step after a few days. I'm not sure what happened because things seemed to be going well.
