It was three step process. 1st was with Presales Director and HR was in the room. 2nd was a demonstration on any subject of my choice and it was to the current presales team and few business development managers. 3rd was with Managing Director.

It was general interview questions. More aimed at how I would work in teams and what personal goals I had for the coming years. Where I see my self within the business in 5 years time. Questions about current experience. What products I knew and questions specifically on WFM and HCM and competitors information.
