I had a very disappointing experience with the recruitment process of this company.
HR name - Harleen Kaur
Timeline:
Screening round on 31st July'25
First round on 4th August – cleared successfully
HR informed me my second round would be on 6th August
After the second round, I received no update from HR despite multiple follow-ups (calls, emails, and messages) until 14th August'25
I finally reached out to the manager from the second round on LinkedIn on 13th Aug'25, who assured me that HR would get back. The next day 14th Aug, HR confirmed I had cleared round two and scheduled the third round(face to face) with the Finance Director on 18th August
Post 3rd Round:
After completing the third round, there was no communication at all from HR. I kept following up via calls, emails, and messages but received no response. On 29th August, after many attempts, I finally got through to HR, who mentioned she received positive feedback but that the manager(Manender Johri) wanted to interview more candidates before making a decision.
Current Status:
As of 18th September, despite all my follow-ups, I have still not received any update from HR , Then I got the official email on 23rd Aug'25 that they have considered other candidates profile for this position.
Feedback:
The entire process was highly unprofessional and disrespectful of a candidate’s time(took almost 2 months) and effort. If the company did not wish to move forward, then why they are mentioning that they got the positive feedback for all 3 rounds. Keeping a candidate in the dark for over a month, despite clearing multiple rounds, reflects poorly on the company’s hiring ethics and communication standards.
