Typical multi-step process. Initiated through employee referral. HR/recruiter starts to align fit; hiring manager and co-managers (maybe 2-3); finally a group presentation interview to demonstrate information from provided case study. There was a little mis-communication throughout the process, but it wasn't too bad considering the extent of employees involved in this process. Overall the process was timely considering scheduling conflicts. Kronos was open and engage through out the process

Very easy process but was kept as a bait for someone more qualified to accept the offer as I think the reason Finance Team said not to hire because of the budget constraint can't be possible after telling me that they are willing to offer me the role.

Through is the word that I would use to describe the interview process. I did not feel intimidated during the interview. I had a total of five interviews for my position.

The whole interview lasted 12 minutes. The HR assigned to interview me was on a holiday and the substitute HR took 5 minutes to calculate if my salary expectations are within the budget.
I was asked what I know about the company and when I left my previous job.
The HR was not able to answer my questions and gave me information only about the interview process. Six months later and no feedback.
