First was a screening process where the HR asked questions about my experience in salesforce and all that and shared the JD for that. 1nd round was a technical round where the interview was very nice. The questions which I was not able to answer were answered by the interviewer for my knowledge. The round lasted for 30-40 minutes. 2nd round consisted of salesforce admin and development questions. It lasted for 45 minutes. The interviewer asked me situation based questions. The level of difficulty was average. 3rd round was more of a managerial round where the interviewer was at the onsite location and the question asked tested my approach skills to a problem. HR shared the feedback and was transparent as well. Even told me they are interviewing other candidates as well.
