I was interviewed in UKG for Salesforce developer role in Sept 2021.Level of interview questions were average++.
Two rounds of technical interview were there and it took approximately one week to get the feedback.
Fortunately my feedback was positive.
Interviewers were very humble and they made me very conformable during the process in turn i could give my best. The best part of interview, they really wanted to listen me.
Co-ordination from HR team was awesome, Special Thanks to Mandeep Walia to make the process smooth.
Overall experience was outstanding.

Colloquio
I had very positive hiring experience at UKG. In our initial conversation, the HR communicated very openly explaining about the UKG, my role & responsibilities and the benefits UKG offers.
During my interview process, I was asked questions around Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning etc,. Moreover you are given a scenario and you need to create a solution for that at the moment. The interviewer will explore the areas and the type of projects you have worked upon including your roles & responsibilities in those projects.
HR people are really good. They keep you informed about you application status though out you recruitment process.
