Interview started with a call from UKG HR, confirming I was looking for a job change. First technical round was conducted the very next day. I cleared the first round and received call from HR for the second round, which again was conducted on the next day. It was a technical + managerial round and was very knowledgable session as the interviewer was very good at the technical part. I cleared this round and soon received call from HR for confirmation. Now, last round was left which was more of an assessment about the soft skills and was a general discussion, with little bit of behavioral questions. Luckily, I cleared all the rounds and now am a part of UKG.
