Hi, I have given the interview recently for the Noida location. There were two technical rounds and one hr discussion.
The first round was with the principal software engineer. She was very cooperative and asked questions from java and asked my expectations. After that, there was technical 2. In tech 2, there was one person who asked the front end part and a second person who asked java into details. They were having good knowledge and asked moderate to high and at the end of the interview manager joined and asked a few questions and told about the role and responsibilities. In the evening I got positive feedback. Both the HR(P & S) were cooperative.
I was about to join as it is a product company and live reviews from its employees were positive. But I got an offer from one of my dream companies(consulting) where I want to work at least once for its culture nothing else.
I believe I will come here in future for long term association.

Overall the interview wasn't that much tough, you should know the basics of java and spring boot and Java memory management and it should be enough and in the end interviewer also asked some aptitude based questions.

Applied via a UKG recruiter. The process started with an online assessment that included 2 coding questions and 1 SQL problem. After completing that, I had a recruiter screening. The recruiter emphasized that their hiring process was “META-level” and that they bring on FAANG-level engineers. However, the salary offered was extremely low—honestly, even interns at big tech companies get paid more.
After the screening, I followed up but received no responses and was eventually ghosted. About a month later, I got an automated rejection email.
Overall, a very disappointing experience: lengthy process, unrealistic bragging, poor compensation, and lack of professionalism in communication.
