I posted on indeed.com. They called me and set up an interview with the team. I met with five people. They each took me into an office and asked me their own questions. I met with people in all different functional areas of my team, the woman who was going to primarily train me and my future manager.

It was a pretty fast interview process. I applied, had a phone screen the same week, and a 30 minute virtual interview the following week. There were a lot of "tell me about a time you..." questions. I could tell the interviewer wasn't interested, and I was right, as they sent me an automated rejection email pretty quickly afterward. I can't complain too much about the interview though, there was nothing crazy involved and I'm sure they'll find their perfect candidate.

I received an email from a newer recruiter, who hadn't been there more than 2 months, to set up a phone interview. We had the phone interview the next day. She said she'd let me know the next steps would be in a couple days...never heard back at all.
