First I spoke with the recruiter, then had an interview with several members of management, then finally met with several team members. The process moved quickly and I was told the recruiter would reach out after my oar interview with next steps. I didn’t hear anything within a few days so I emailed the recruiter to thank everyone and follow up. I never even got a response about whether they filled the position. I can handle rejection, but I think it’s completely unprofessional to not even be contacted or respond to my inquiry after three interviews.

The interview process was straightforward. One interview with a recruiter, then 2 interviews with 2 different managers. Nothing extraordinary. It was more about knowing if I was a good fit rather than assessing technical skills.
