I submitted my resume via a current Kronos employee that I had worked with at my previous company. He gave it to his manager and I received a call from the recruiter within a couple of days. I then interviewed with two people and received a job offer within 24 hours.

The process was smooth, well communicated and coordinated. The recruitment team made sure process is completed on time. I don't remember following up on any step.
