3 rounds after meeting with the recruiter made it to round 2 with another consultant peer interview. Seems as if the peer interviewer was looking for a person they liked personally instead of skillset.

It was a smooth process and step by step process. Good preparation is must and knowledge has to be good. Be prepared and attentive. Be on time and don't be late.
