Applied online. Phone screener started by asking what I knew of UKG as an icebreaker. Afterwards we went over resume and asked about total years of experience, what percentage of my time went into frontend, backend, and devops from past experiences as well as percentage of coding, documenting, and designing/architecting. Latter portion were 8-10 Java questions given to the phone screener from the hiring manager. Total time was about 30 minutes for the first phone interview and I did not advance.
