The interview process started with a phone call with a recruiter and then a series of 45-minute virtual interviews, each with 2 members of related teams. I completed two rounds of interviews. After the first interview, I received almost immediate feedback from the recruiter saying that the team I interviewed with had positive feedback and wanted to pursue the second round. After the second interview, I did not hear back from anyone for over a week until I was informed by the recruiter that they were no longer hiring anyone for the position. The recruiter had limited information for me, which was frustrating for both of us. Overall, I wish there had been more communication following the second interview. It gave the impression that the team was quite disorganized and lacked proper communication internally.
