I had two phone interviews. I believe most people are interviewed on-site for their second interview, but since I was not in the area, they allowed me to have two phone interviews instead. They were both phone screenings that asked about my resume and past experiences, nothing technical. A lot of the questions were pretty typical of what you would expect in phone screenings.
