The interviewer called me late and hung up during the interview. Did not ask me any questions, I had to come up with questions and went over my experience. Felt like I was wasting their time, although I prepped and took a day off for this interview. Never heard anything back after that.

I applied early. Reached out by recruiter to schedule screening interview almost a month after applying. I felt interview with the recruiter went great. Job description mentioned no experience required. I follow up with the recruiter 2 weeks after our initial interview and was told that I wouldn't be moving on to the next round because the team wanted someone with more technical skills and experience. Like if that's what the team wants then it should be listed on the job description itself. Don't waste people's time.
