I had a phone interview that lasted about 10 minutes even though they said it would be 30. It must have gone well, otherwise I wouldn't have made it to the interview at the store itself, and that's where it was deceptive in the email where they told me it would be 2 hours long; It was only 15 minutes with the manager, who read a series of questions off of a paper. I guess you need to be ghetto or something in order to work there because everyone working there looked and acted that way.

First was a phone interview, very easy basic questions. Then an in person interview with the store manager, if the store manager wants to hire you then you set up an interview with the district managers. I was offered the job on the spot and sent for my drug test same day.
