Colloquio
A few questions were asked and they were not that difficult. The interviewer was interested in hearing about my prior employment experiences and teaching. Pedagogy was important and valued. I was told the department was collaborative and supportive.
I got introduced to the human resource responsible for hiring and I received and Email to set an interview. The interview was smooth and the interviewer was always smiling during the talk.
