Behavior based interview with questions using STAR method. Manager did not interview, only teammates. Job responsibilities not shared during interview process and generic job description used. Was given additional scope on first day, not even mentioned discussed during interview process. Felt like a bait and switch.
It was what I expected. Included several steps, from phone screen to team interview that was structured and friendly, with people representing several different departments engaged in the interview process.
