I interviewed first through video conference and then in-person with local management. The first step was a typical behavioral interview, and I talked about previous advocacy campaigns I had managed. We went over the processes and results of those campaigns in more detail during the onsite interview. I also had to send in writing samples and take a brief essay-based exam.
