Longlist. Shortlist. Then 4-5 candidates interviewed. Compentency based interview. First question is a warm up question why are you interested in the job etc. 4-5 competency questions linked to the main compentencies/job responsiblities. And 1-2 questions on conflict management, ethics etc.

It was a panel of 4 people, including a regional expert, a senior country manager, a country-based expert, and HR. It took 1 hour and it was conducted online. It was after succeeding in a written test.
