Firstly saw the vacancy on WeChat China, applied online. Within two weeks the HR called me back. Asked me to do an online written test, tbh the written test was superb, not only tested basic knowledge about marketing strategy and communication timeline planning, Also the skills of using MS office suite. Lately HR called me again to do interview with a group panel from the department. Asked some behavioral questions based on past experiences. And then I never ever heard back from them. No rejection letter nor e-mails, I tried to send several follow-up e-mail and phone calls, but HR just ignored them all. I sent a LinkedIn inmail to the leader who interviewed me, she replied me 3 months later said this job was fulfilled. What a wonderful experience, they were being very hurrieed when they needed you, on the contray, when they didn't want to pick you, just neglect.
