The interview was via Teams Microsoft, there were arounв ten questions in different categories, and in varying levels of hardness.
Prior experience should have been in office/business administration, finance/accounting, customer service, record keeping, compliance, clerical duties, etc. But during the interview was not only that.
A couple of questions were about how to deal with stressful situations step by step. But when you don't know the exact situation - how can you describe your steps?
The process takes about 2 months. Once shortlisted, I was asked to do a written test which takes about 2 hours to complete. The test focus on managerial experience rather than technical knowledge. After, I was asked to join the interview with four panels in the room. The interview was virtual.

It lasts months in total for the process duration applied through webpage also possible to apply through rosters that are published regularly on their website and social media
interview process takes longer than you can imagine. The process starts with an initial HR call, then a written assessment/exam, then an actual interview. It took a while to hear back from HR. then I had to fill in my referees. My referees were contacted via email. I was then given an offer afterwards.
