A standard competency-based interview with a panel preceded by a written test assignment. The test is of medium difficulty level and is directly related to the job, so makes it worthwhile to read the job description carefully and get prepared.

You need to organize an online event with multiple attendees. How would you approach this task?
Technical Interview ( 1 round) and technical test.
Call with HR then panel with the manager
Be yourself ( recommendation)
Then you have a technical exam excel.
The process took 1 month
Interview was competency based. I was invited 3 days before the interview date. It was online. Each board member asked one question. In total there were four questions. All were "describe a situation.." questions. Interview took around 15-20 minutes. I received the offer 2 days after the invitation. I rejected due to a competitive offer I received.

Colloquio
Received email that I'd been invited to participate in the Written/Technical assessment, that was a timed (1.5hrs) assessment consisting of two questions: one asked me to explain the key steps I'd take to make a meeting between UNDP Management & key government stakeholders successful. The second question asked me to highlight some of the key information that UNDP management would need to participate in the meeting.
