The process started with an internal posting through the company's career website. I then received a phone call from HR that I had been selected for an interview at which time it was scheduled for the following week. The interview was with the hiring manager and HR rep and proceeded with the SBO (Situation, Behavior, Outcome) style interview. Once the interview had been conducted I followed up with the hiring manager and HR and received a phone call the following week with an offer.
