At the time they were desperate for employees so very straight forward, they were hiring basically anyone they could find as Selectors or Loaders. Even with no training or experience in warehouse operations. Very high turn over rate so positions as selecting and loading are always opening up. Interviewer was very polite. Discussed UNFI point system and attendance expectations and policies.

If I was available and could work long hours, that varied day to day. If I had operated a pallet jack before, can I life all day varying hours. Availability on weekends.

Phone call, then if it went well, get and go to the second interview. This is in person with a tour of the facility and a saliva drug test, then get a job offer..
Basic easy questions signed offer letter within 10 mintues of being there and also took a mouth swab after. Was right before peak season, so they were hiring like crazy just to get people in the door.

They call you for a phone interview. After that, they email you to give you the location of the warehouse to do an in person interview. If selected, they’ll give you an orientation date.
