No time to read, collect your thoughts or ask questions. Was just thrown into a pool of documents & expected to come out with a report

I took first a written test that had three questions. After passing the test I had the typical UN format of the STAR method/competency based. Three protection colleagues interviewed me. They asked a few questions about direct experience and how I would conduct a protection assessment.
