very hard and long questions which required a lot of confidence. very serious panelists who could not even smile and that gave me alot of shock. i was not well prepared for those kind of deep questions, i could not be shallow

Rigorous, entails a written test followed by two in-person interviews with periods of up to six months in between the interviews. If you succeed recruitment is done locally but with checks from the global office in Geneva which can make the process long and frustrating but once in it is fine.
