The interview took place after I had done a technical assessment, and was about 30 mins. I was interviewed by a panel of 2 people and they asked 5 different questions. It was a virtual interview and unfortunately I had technical difficulties with my camera, which I feel impacted my overall interview performance.

I had a 30-minute interview that was very cordial and informational. I was asked about my interest in the role, relevant experience, and transferable skills. I was able to ask all my questions about the role and better understand the expectations of the job.

Application sent to UNHCR via email. The interview invitation was received via email. The interview was held via phone call with Protection Legal Officer which went for about thirty minutes or so.

First a written test of about 2-3 hours, followed by an interview with a panel.
I was interviewed by 4 people in total (2 were HR). The interview lasted about 30-40 and each of them asked about 2 questions.
The questions were competency based questions.
