It was a good experience, I had a a panel interview followed by one hour written exam which was very difficult. One of the exam questions was as follows:

Can you explain the difficult situation you handled?
I received a written test. They gave me 90 minutes. There were two main questions and following questions. It wasn't so hard. But the time is limitted. So you must already know the answers. The main porpuse is to measure your field experience. The questions are not related code of conducts rules. I have not received an invitation for competency-based interview yet, but I think I'll.
