Interview was for one hour exact. It consisted on general set of questions that are included in the employment package of the organisation and everybody (who is already within the system) can access it and prepare in advance. The panel followed these questions very strictly. they may ask some questions of clarification.

Asked my interest to take a skype interview (I accepted), then set the interview date. The interview took around 30mins, there were 2 HR staff, a program chief, and a program officer.
