There was a panel of 4 interviewers and based on competency interview, based on the job functions described in the position description and you are asked to come up with various scenarios from past experiences that speaks to each function.

The interview process was clear, with multiple steps including a written assignment and a presentation. All steps were clearly explained and a notice was given before each stage. The panel had a positive attitude and asked questions relevant to the post, some more challenging than others.
