Applied online. Received a call for interview invitation. The interviewer very friendly and the interview was conducted in a group. My advise please take an initiative to talk first and listen to other candidate story.
There were 4 interviewers, offline in their office, and went for 30-60 minutes. They responded to you quickly and you'll be called in a week if you pass the interview

You have to do a trial shift which is unpaid and far to travel. Then endless questions that are really repepitive. Lots of typical questions about your strenghts and weakenesses and motivations.
