It is competency based interview. Mainly about the past experience and what is your role in projects & lesson learns. It is usually one HR question, two competency questions and one technical question.

My profile was exactly match the job description and qualifications required with an extensive background in the position requirements, unfortunately, they didn't make any effort to interviewing me as a good candidate for the job eventhough.
