The interview was well organised, adequate notice provided, video link was clear and behaviour of all was professional. They accommodated my needs to adjust the interview time. Each panelist asked a question. There were 4 questions. They also engaged in some conversation with me which assisted in breaking the ice and made the process less stilted.
