Unorganized. I drove SE PA to York then to KOP. KOP managers were enjoying shareholders funded lunch. After my first interview at KOP, I was told that rest of the managers are not available. I saw both of the manager enjoying lunch. I have not received travel allowance.

I submitted my resume to the company in advance of an information session held at my school. The talent manager emailed me to schedule an interview with them during their visit. The interview consisted of two 20-minute sessions with employees. The first session was with a product development engineer who asked me to explain some of the projects I had worked on and specifically my contributions. The second session was with a product director and a user experience/product development engineer, and consisted of similar discussions as well as a few physics scenarios on a whiteboard that I was asked to assess.

Process took about a month. Initially contacted by recruiter who was nice and welcoming. He was very helpful in providing information and tips about the interviewer. I was interviewed by a senior engineer who was the exact opposite. He did not seem interested at all about myself and what I could bring from my previous experiences.
Interview consisted of direct technical questions asking me to derive solutions to their device problems. Seemed more interested to find a mid to senior level person to hit the ground running. Person was very close-minded and definitely not a people-person. Unfortunately, my experience reflects others posted here.
