I was invited to a written test, followed by a competency based interview. the offer came shortly afterwards. all interviews adhere to the competency that is outlined in the advertised post.

what is your understanding of the role you are applying for.
I was selected for a skype interview 4 months after sending my CV. There were 3 interviewers at the same time and 6 questions. I could ask questions only at the end of the interview.

I could not see the interviewers faces, neither could they see mine (their request), that made the interview much more difficult. The questions were situational and difficult to answer in the time given (half an hour)
