Applied for the job online. Was invited for an in person interview. Interview was very casual. Questions were more about the job than about me specifically. Was able to tour the facility and shadow at the interview
The interview was very easygoing, and the person who emailed me was so kind. She was accommodating to a virtual interview since I was away at college. The interview was quick and very easy!

it was very casual- offered job on the spot. Asked very basic questions (i.e. do I have experience working with this population? If so, what did I do?) Asked what I was studying in school and about my summer availability.. Went over expectations for the program and how it was structured. Gave me an idea what it would be like on a daily basis.
