I first submitted my resume and then was asked to complete a virtual one way interview. This consisted of 10 prompts. I then was asked to the next step to do an interview with the managers in the department.
HireVue was used for the interview. It was moderately difficult and somewhat disjointed based on the interview questions that were used within the time frame of the interview. No real people were involved during the interview.

The hiring process started with general questions on their website. If you passed this round they scheduled you for a Zoom meeting with a past intern and then with several current higher-ranking employees. If you passed this part of the interview you were offered an in-person interview at one of their locations.

The process was great and communication was always good. A lot of questions but were all necessary. The interviewers were very considerate and gave constructive feedback. Overall, it was a very good interview experience.
