Straightforward questions, about 1 hour long Zoom call with unit manager after talking with recruiter on the phone, questions were mostly situational based on previous experiences. Overall had a smooth experience with technology and scheduling the interviews.

easy, behavioral questions that is related to being a nurse or a care taker. "Tell me about.." for the most part. Fairly easy and the interviewers are usually the unit directors, no peer interview was needed.

Friendly! The interviewers strive to make the experience comfortable while obtaining relevant information and explaining the job requirements. They want to make sure the company is a good fit for you and that you are a good fit for the area you will work in.

It was a standard interview with all the expected questions as well as a few fun curveballs that were not taken too seriously. I was given the option to shadow and tour the unit afterward.
