Recruited from school and schedules a group tour. After the tour we could stay to interview or continue on. I interviewed that day and was scheduled for a second interview and I started the next Monday.

Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
