I was phone screened by an HR representative after attending a job fair. After that, she set up another phone interview with the reporting Manager and a Lead Analyst.

Very easy and outgoing. Everything was explained very well. Sounds like a great place to work. They have great benefits. They also work around your schedule if needed. I can’t wait to see if I get a hear back from the company.

There was a first interview with the an HR representative which was an in person interview. Once passed the initial screening, you are contacted by a hiring manager of a department HR seems fit for you. That can be a phone interview or an on site interview.
