They explain the process of packages arriving. The importance of teamwork. How schedules must be met. How physical the job is. How important safety is. You will become a member of the Union.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
