They started off with a tour of the warehouse showing the positions we applied for and how the system works. Then you after that you do some paperwork and then the actual interview at the end.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
