Telephone interview from Industrial Staffing Services Inc. first. My recruiter contacted me and told me about the job. Asked me if I was interested. Of course, UPS was one of the companies that I had applied for and was very interested in the job. The recruiter went on to explain the expectations of the job and advise me of my next interview. I was then interviewed by the HR Manager via telephone. She was friendly and stated that she liked me right away and was extremely impressed with my resume, experience and skills. She said that I was easy to talk to and trustworthy which was very important for this role. She asked me about my Microsoft skills and my ability to work on my own independently with very little training in an extremely fast paced and changing environment. I had just completed some Microsoft Office training bringing me current on the latest Microsoft Office Business Suite package. She liked that. I am accustomed to change and fast paced environment due to my past job experiences as a Senior Level Administrative Professional.

I arrive on time, but was not told which floor to go to. I went to the wrong one, called for my interviewer and proceeded to wait for an hour because I was on the wrong floor. She apparently didn't get the message that I was there, because when finally found she thought I was a no show. She took a very brief few minutes with me but I didn't get the impression it was any more than a courtesy.
