You're emailed saying your application has been opened. Then you're either called or emailed again with a date and time to come in for an interview/orientation. When I was there, there were quite a few of us in a room with HR explaining what the job consists of.

There really weren't any questions. They told you what your job functions will be.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
