They email you an appointment time .you are then taken on a "walk through" of the facility. After your background check comes back you start work. No drug testing.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
