A bunch of us showed up at one time and were given a walk through of the HUB. Once they told us about safety requirements, we were all sent to take a test on a computer, then sat in an big room. Following that, we were asked if we really wanted to work there and those of us that stayed had 1 on 1 interviews.

very laid back and quick, they are really looking for workers. As long as you have a good work ethic you will be fine. One thing to note is that it might differ by location

One interview. Simple questions. I was overdressed in a suit. The interviewer was nice. They were looking to fill seasonal staff for the upcoming Christmas season. I was not ultimately hired.

Dont even waste your time look for something else. this job gives low pay with low hours and back breaking manual labor. This place isn't worth the time you take to drive to it.
